The Opportunity 

Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide financial guidance, challenge and insight across a broad operational portfolio. You'll play an important role in planning, performance management and continuous improvement while helping develop a strong business partnering culture. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provide strategic financial support to senior stakeholders.  

  • Lead small finance team. 

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.  

  • Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial decision-making.  

  • Drive improvements to financial reporting and business performance.  

  • Support wider finance initiatives and organisational change.  

  • Mentor and support colleagues within the finance function.  

About You 

  • Significant experience within a commercial finance or business partnering role.  

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.  

  • Excellent analytical and financial planning capability.  

  • Able to communicate complex information clearly.  

  • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
