I’m pleased to be working with a global organisation to support with the recruitment of a Sales Ledger Assistant for a 9-month period.

Supporting sales ledger and credit control activity, this is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll manage customer queries, support process improvements, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  •  Handle customer queries by phone and email
  •  Liaise with operational teams to resolve invoice issues
  •  Process bank receipts and sales ledger transactions
  •  Reconcile customer accounts and produce copy invoices
  •  Support onboarding and account maintenance activities
  •  Assist with month-end and reporting tasks

 

What You’ll Bring

  •  Experience in a customer-focused or finance admin environment
  •  Strong communication and organisation skills
  •  High attention to detail and accuracy
  •  A proactive, team-focused approach

 

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in an office administrative environment to move over to an accounts function, or for a finance administrator to apply their experience to a growing, global organisation.
