The Opportunity

As FP&A  Analyst, you will produce analysis and insights that drive performance across the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will refine forecasts, inform decisions, and help steer future growth. You will benefit from the firm’s clear, repeatable strategy and recent expansion, partnering with high-calibre leaders in an environment that sets a high bar for talent and supports rapid development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Partner with senior finance leaders and executives through the budgeting and forecasting cycle.
  • Contribute to monthly performance reviews and business planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and financial reporting as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), newly qualified or with post-qualification experience.
  • Strong analytical capability and problem-solving skills.
