Finance Business Partner - Fife

Wilkinson & Associates are working exclusively with a Dunfermline based business to recruit a Finance Business Partner for their largest division.

The role will take ownership of a number of key sites producing the P&L whilst building meaningful relationships within the business.

Operating within a relatively flat structure you will have visibility and interaction with a number of key and senior stakeholders within the division and wider group.

The role would suit a qualified accountant with demonstrable knowledge of producing management accounts and looking to move into a more commercially focused role. It will require someone who can work with and converse effectively with non-finance individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple sites on time.
• Develop KPI reporting
• Collate/summarise management accounts from multiple sites to give an overview analysis to finance and non-financial managers on time.
• Produce accurate budget and updated forecast summaries.
• Monthly reconciliation of key balance sheet accounts.
• Work with the finance and commercial teams and manage the internal controls, processes, and procedures.
• Implement and deliver improved all-round performance, management information and support corporate goals.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Constantly looking to Improve divisional processes and procedures bringing about a more efficient way of working and on time delivery.

Background & Experience

• Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS) or qualified by experience.
• Have experience of working with an ERP system.
• Experience of producing and presenting Management Accounts
• Experience of working under pressure and to tight deadlines

This is a hybrid role and will have 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
