Credit Control Team Leader : Edinburgh : Hybrid Working

Newly created opportunity for a Credit Team Leader, Edinburgh.

This successful credit team, due to continued growth are expanding at speed and have become one of the biggest teams within this global business.

This role will work as a business partner for one of the largest business units, work closely with our two existing Team Leaders and growing team of Credit Controllers. 

This is an exciting time to join this business that has no intentions of slowing down with their ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of team
• Manage escalations
• Team training
• Recruitment and Team development 
• Oversight of business critical processes
• Reduction of aged debt
• Maximise cash collections
• Resource management
• Support Credit Manager
• Stakeholder relationships
• Reporting
• Month end close
• Manage our onboarding global function

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience
• Previous experience in similar role, within a finance environment, is essential
• Ability to work in a changing and fast paced environment
• A can do attitude with willingness to work with team
• Strong Excel skills, pivot tables, v look ups etc
• Experience with multiple platforms and data sets
