Credit Control Manager - 6 Month FTC - Central Scotland

The Opportunity

You’ll oversee regional credit control, ensuring delivery of key KPIs, motivating your team, and partnering with senior stakeholders to improve processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional credit teams to achieve collection targets.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across global operations.
• Support transformation projects within Accounts Receivable.
• Report on performance and drive process improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership in credit control within a complex business.
• Strong stakeholder and team-management skills.
• Knowledge of the full order-to-cash process.
• CICM membership or a second European language (advantageous).
