W&A is supporting a well-established business in the search for a Finance Administrator to provide hands-on administrative support across the credit control function. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys detail-focused work, thrives in a collaborative team, and can hit the ground running in a fast-moving environment.

This is a temporary opportunity with an immediate start required.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the credit control team, you’ll support day-to-day finance administration activities, helping ensure processes are accurate, efficient, and up to date. This role would suit someone organised, proactive, and comfortable managing high volumes of transactional work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing credit notes accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting the credit control team with general administration
  • Maintaining and updating customer account information
  • Assisting with invoice queries and reconciliations
  • Managing finance inboxes and responding to internal requests
  • Ensuring financial records and documentation are kept up to date
  • Providing wider administrative support to the finance function as required

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a finance administration or accounts support role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using finance systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a busy environment
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
