Permanent Accounts Assistant Sought : Renfrewshire : Fully Office Based
Salary £25,000
Great opportunity for someone immediately available seeking a varied role working within a supportive and busy finance team.
This role would suit someone with either an extensive background in transactional finance or someone just starting out with 6 - 12 months experience looking for their next move.
The purpose of this role will be to provide assistance to the group finance team ensuring accurate and timely updating of group financial records.
Duties and responsibilities :
- Accounts Payable
- Payment of expenses
- Posting cash
- Preparing ledger reports
- Resolving queries
- Driving improvements in the accounts payable
- Supporting the Payroll Manager as and when required
- Supporting the FC with ad hoc duties
