Nathalie joined W&A in 2019 after graduating with a First Class honours from Edinburgh Napier University. Nathalie has a particular focus on targeted research activity relating to specific recruitment campaigns, developing talent pools and market intelligence. Additionally, Nathalie is our digital media lead, responsible for managing our digital marketing and social media presence.

In her time with W&A, Nathalie has developed networks and industry knowledge spanning a wide range of sectors and skill-sets, ensuring her market awareness is current, accurate and a step ahead of the market.

Outside of work Nathalie loves planning her next trip abroad, wild swimming back home in Northern Ireland and looking at restaurant menus online! Nathalie’s guilty pleasure is binge watching any real housewife’s series.
