Director

Ross began his Accountancy & Finance recruitment career in 2007 and joined W&A in 2014. He is a key component of the leadership team and as a Director, leads our recently qualified offering, which broadly translates to 0-5 years post-qualified experience.

Our approach to recruitment is to live the W&A values and Ross is passionate about delivering a quality service, building lasting relationships and is committed to ensuring W&A is a progressive and inclusive partner for our customer base.

Ross’ considerable experience has been honed over many years which makes him excellently placed to provide insightful market intelligence, career guidance and hiring advice to candidates and clients alike. This continues to make Ross a trusted advisor for recently qualified accountants and the recruiter of choice for employers. Each search is unique, requires tailored advice and Ross personalises his approach accordingly.

Outside work, family comes first for Ross and time is spent with his wife and two ‘sleep-averse’ daughters. He regularly plays padel tennis and enjoys keeping fit in general. Ross is a huge football fan, loves reading and invariably can be found planning his next trip to Ibiza.
