After a career change from professional dance, Maddie transitioned into Financial Services recruitment nearly two years ago - and hasn’t looked back since! Starting out in London, she worked closely with clients to introduce school students to front-office careers, with a particular focus on Private Equity and Investment Banking.

Having recently relocated to Edinburgh and joining W&A, Maddie is excited to dive into research and resourcing within Scotland’s Accounting & Finance market, while beginning to build out her local network.

Outside of work, Maddie enjoys escaping to the Highlands for hill walks and wild swimming!
