Laura has a wealth of experience spanning over two decades, recruiting in the non-qualified finance market across interim and permanent appointments in Glasgow and the Central Belt.

Working in partnership with clients, delivering solutions and building relationships has remained a passion for Laura throughout her career and even while building and leading teams Laura has always been actively involved in recruitment delivery.

Having recently joined the W&A family, Laura will continue to specialise in developing the Scottish non-qualified finance recruitment market, covering all sectors and markets and working closely with the W&A team to help complement their existing portfolio.

Laura's extensive experience has been gained delivering quality recruitment solutions on high volume SSC accounts and projects, including setups, and within SMEs, Financial Services and Public Practice. In doing so, Laura has built a strong reputation and network of clients and candidates and it is this knowledge and experience that sets her apart in this specialist market.

For Laura, values are at the core of everything she does. Trust, integrity and understanding are key to any lasting relationship, candidate and client, and building these helps deliver excellent outcomes every time.

Outside of work Laura is kept busy with her 4 children, and dog Cooper and enjoys trying to keep fit at the gym, weekends away, holidays and supporting her childhood football team.
