CV Advice

Your CV is a sales document – it sells you! It is therefore essential that you maximise the opportunity to sell your relevant strengths and achievements.  Whilst there is no "catch all" perfect way to craft your CV, there are clearly many pitfalls to avoid.

Your CV needs to be concise and relevant. It should avoid repetition and waffle. List your most recent experiences first. Avoid leaving any unexplained gaps.

As well as explaining your responsibilities, it is extremely important that you quantify your achievements wherever possible. It is not enough to detail what you did in your role – you also need to tell how well you did it. We will work with you to make your CV more objective and achievement-driven in order to enhance your chances of being called for interview.
