Regulatory Development Manager - Edinburgh

Wilkinson & Associates is partnering with a retail bank to help source a Regulatory Development Manager.

This role can be based across the UK due to a flexible working model.

This role will interpret changes in regulations and how they will impact regulatory reporting. The position is well suited to an individual who is passionate about regulation and enjoys a role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead finance change activities arising from the regulatory change agenda
• Ensure the bank has carried out sufficient analysis to properly understand the impact of regulatory developments
• Provide technical support and guidance to the Regulatory Reporting team
• Build and maintain a cross functional internal network to optimise business understanding of developments in prudential reporting

Required Skills & Abilities:

• A good understanding of PRA and EBA regulatory reporting
• A good understanding of the UK regulatory framework
• A track record of analysing the prudential reporting impacts of regulatory change and producing regulatory change briefings
• Proven ability to understand and communicate complex issues in an understandable manner
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships
