Role Summary:

The Process Manager is responsible for the management of a highly operational team, with numerous business critical responsibilities. This includes the management, planning and establishment of controls for all business processes that support key operations. The role works across all departments of the business and liaises directly with Senior Management.

The Process Manager is responsible for the operational planning calendar and in conjunction with the Head of Finance, leads the documentation and continuous improvement of all business processes.

The Process Manager is also responsible for establishing and maintaining international relations with sister and parent company counterparts relating to Process Control initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using extensive analytical and technical skills, interrogates processes and looks for ways to improve and automate all current processes
  • Drives efficiencies in all processes
  • Ensure the financial controls supporting the processes are robust
  • Ensures any changes to the processes, resulting from compliance or regulatory updates are carried out within the team
  • Ensures implementation of a Process Control tool which automates workflows and provides excellent governance around all related activities
  • Ensures the processes carried out in the team have sufficient controls in place in order to meet relevant audit requirements
  • Oversees the running of the Process Control and Planning Team, and works closely with the Lead Process Controller who is responsible for the day to day operational management of the team
  • Line Management responsibility for the direct reports in the team

Required Skills:

  • Extensive financial controls and audit experience.
  • Experience in Process improvements and Change Management, both in IT and business process related projects
  • Experience in implementing Process automation
  • High attention to detail and extensive analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven experience dealing with complex issues, with numerous stakeholders, and with many operational and technical considerations.
