Internal Audit Senior - Full-Time

Wilkinson & Associates are working with a mid-tier practice firm to help source an Internal Audit Senior. Our client has an inclusive culture supporting flexible working and this role will be hybrid working at home part of the week 

Our client’s continued and sustained growth means they are looking to further strengthen their Internal Audit Team. The Internal Audit team manage a varied portfolio of internal audits for a wide range of public sector and commercial clients, based across Scotland.  

The team require a motivated individual who is seeking a challenging career move with opportunities to develop their own technical and leadership skills within the firm. The firm has a proven track record of development and promotion of staff through their collaborative and supportive team. 

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Planning, performing, and completing audit assignments 
• Leading a team of trainees in a client facing role 
• Working with the management team to complete work within set budgets and timescales

Requirements: 

The successful candidate will be: 

• Fully qualified (CA, CIA or equivalent),  
• Strong background working within audit  
• Part-qualified candidates with relevant experience will also be considered 
• Good technical and client interfacing skills 
• Strong IT and report writing skills 
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
