W&A is searching for a Financial Control Systems Manager to be the driving force behind the operation of our clients financial systems.
These systems include Oracle E-Business Suite, ePBCS, and their associated interfaces.
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things related to financial systems, resolving complex queries and troubleshooting issues.
This role will be based from Edinburgh and operate on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the implementation of financial systems process changes and enhancements; ensure all changes are effectively implemented
Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to existing processes, systems and procedures,
Day to day systems support, including access management, chart of account maintenance and running of month end processes
Provide advice, training, and assistance to users to resolve complex queries and ensure the applications/website capabilities are well understood by the business
Ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks by using risk management systems to manage and mitigate risk
Identify and collaborate with stakeholders, ensuring that their requirements are understood and that their concerns and issues are addressed

Prior experience in working in a finance systems role
