Finance Business Partner - Central Scotland

Wilkinson & Associates is working with a leading manufacturer based in Stirling to help source a Finance Business Partner to join their Finance Department.

This role has overall responsibility for the accuracy of the financial results for production and one direct report. The successful candidate will manage the financial performance, budgets and forecasting of the cost of manufacturing and will work with the Plant Manager to minimise variances and lead projects to improve results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and management of monthly production financial results
• Forecasting of production costs
• Cashflow forecasting and management
• Support of stock control and forecasting
• Working closely with Plant Manager to understand financial variances
• Work with the Production team on improvement projects to improve financial results and forecasting
• Working with Supply Chain to ensure accurate financial forecasting and controls
• Support of budget process
• Support of Internal and External audits

Required skills & Attributes:

• Qualified Accountant with post-qualified experience in a similar role
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but candidates from other sectors will also be considered
