Decision Support Manager - 12 Month FTC - Edinburgh

W&A is partnering with a financial services business based in Edinburgh to help source a Decision Support Manger for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Our client operates with a hybrid approach with two days per week required in the office.

The role will have exposure to senior management and stakeholders with a key focus on delivering monthly reporting, forecasting, and informing the financial impact of strategic decision making through insightful analysis and business challenge.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a growth mindset to help improve the cost base of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business partnering
• Month end reporting
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Business case investment appraisal

Required Skills & Experience:

• Professional accountancy qualification
• Financial planning and forecasting experience
• Financial reporting and/or management accounting experience
• Strong commercial awareness
• Understanding of relevant external regulation Proficient user of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills
