• Our client is a leading FS business with a global remit and a strong presence here in Edinburgh. Following recent growth, development and a significant transaction their Tax department has grown in terms of remit and responsibilities and they are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Manager position to play a key role in their Tax team.
  
  As Manager you will assume responsibility for managing the corporate tax position of a significant part of the group, dealing with tax provisioning, tax compliance and tax advisory matters. As such your role will be diverse and you will work closely with the senior tax team and the Head of Tax, not to mention the stakeholders in the wider finance team, the business itself and external advisors. The role will have a mix of ad hoc and routine responsibilities and as such candidates must be competent and well versed in corporate tax work, able to work autonomously and strong self-starters.

Candidates must hold a relevant professional qualification (either tax or accountancy based), and will have demonstrable previous experience within Corporate Tax, ideally within Financial Services.
