• Our Fintech client, which has seen significant growth resulting in increased change activity, is looking to build their Business Change team.
  
  The team is responsible for the implementation and integration of a range of Operational projects from inception through to delivery working closely with their clients' representatives to ensure success as well as tracking and governance of each individual project.
  
  This role will provide change management expertise to ensure projects are closely monitored and change tasks are on track whilst working closely with both in-house and client project teams. The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit team who are focused on delivering business change solutions, this is not a technology driven change team.
  
  As a result, we are looking for candidates with previous operational leadership experience in conjunction with a track record of delivering change in an operational environment, ideally in the platform and wealth management industries.

You will gain access to a range of clients at all levels and get exposure to a range of change tools, providing you with valuable experience of how best to deliver successful projects in this environment.
