Terms and Conditions – Prize Draw June 2008
1.01 The Winner will be drawn at random by Wilkinson & Associates Ltd ("Wilkinson & Associates") from those entries received before 12 noon on the closing date of 20th June 2008 ("the Closing Date".)
1.02 There is only one entry permitted per person.
1.03 To enter the competition entrants must complete the online entrance form and in doing so he or she accepts these Terms and Conditions. In order to qualify for the prize your entry must be received by the Closing Date. Incomplete entries or those not received by the above deadline may be disqualified.
1.04 To qualify to enter the competition you must be 18 years old or older, and hold a valid passport and any required visa. Wilkinson & Associates reserve the right to verify the eligibility of entrants
1.05 Wilkinson & Associates reserve the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity (and where applicable proof of residency) at the nominated prize delivery address.
1.06 In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, conduct or results of any competition, the decision of Wilkinson & Associates shall be final.
1.07 Only the winning entrant will be contacted by the Wilkinson & Associates.
1.08 The winner's name will be published on the Wilkinson & Associates website after the Closing Date of the competition.
1.09 Wilkinson & Associates may use information it collects in relation to you to provide you with information regarding further offers, promotions or goods and services provided by Wilkinson & Associates. You consent to the Wilkinson & Associates use of information about you as contemplated by this paragraph. 1.10 Wilkinson & Associates does not permit details of this prize draw to be advertised or redirected on any website other than the Wilkinson & Associates website www.wilkinsonandassociates.co.uk.
