In a candidate driven market such as we currently find ourselves in, it’s of the upmost importance that employers positively differentiate themselves during the interview process.
If there is a perception that all candidates are 100% interested in each and every role they interview for, it’s incorrect. Whilst you would fully expect candidates to hold at least some interest in said job to apply in the first place, it would be wrong to assume that’s an indication that they definitely want the role.

The 24th of June will be a day that lives in the memory of many for some time yet. As Britain’s electorate opted to leave the EU with a narrow 52% majority, much of the nation recoiled with shock at the result. Feelings of excitement and elation, fear and uncertainty gripped the nation in equal measure and then came the reactions.
