Guy Gracie is a Director with Wilkinson & Associates and he has now spent c15 years recruiting qualified accountants in the Scottish marketplace. Born in Perth, I went to school in Dundee and then on to University in Edinburgh before taking my first recruitment job in 1999. The rest is mere history and it all started from there. However, when asked recently to put down 5 facts that people may not know about me I must confess to a moment of panic. Mission statements and the like. Felt that they were hollow and vacuous. Never inspired me.
